About the Event
Whether you're new to acting or looking to deepen your craft, this one-week intensive is designed to equip you with techniques taught at top-tier university programs. You'll walk away with tangible tools you can apply to both your career and personal growth as an actor. Throughout the week, you'll rehearse and perform a duet scene from a contemporary play while learning a variety of acting, voice, and movement techniques. Each class will include scene work with a partner, ensemble-based exercises, and physical and vocal warm-ups rooted in Linklater, Viewpoints, and Meisner-based practices.
What to Expect:
• Five total classes over one week
• A scene partner and assigned duet scene
• Acting, voice, and movement training
• Final invited showcase performance
